Springhill Cohousing Community

Located near the centre of Stroud in Gloucestershire, Springhill Cohousing was built in 2003 and comprises 34 homes ranging from one-bed studios to five-bed houses, housing a community of around 70 people.

Springhill Cohousing has been recognised by The Deputy Prime Minister's Award for making an "outstanding contribution" to Sustainable Communities, and has been featured in the Guardian, Daily Telegraph, David Pearson's 'Designing your Natural Home', Radio 4, and in numerous TV news pieces.
